Basketball Recap: Trinity Christian Crusaders vs. Gatewood Gators
Trinity Christian lost against Gatewood last Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Trinity Christian Crusaders received a blow as they fell 72-53 to the Gatewood Gators. While losing is never fun, the Crusaders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 540th, while the Gators are ranked 266th).
It was another big night for Matt Allen, who dropped a double-double on 41 points and 11 boards for Gatewood. The match was Allen's 46th in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaden Keiser, who posted five points along with nine rebounds and seven assists.
