There's no place like home for Cristo Rey Jesuit, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 16-6 margin over the Phillips Wildcats on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Cristeros, who have now won seven matches by seven runs or more so far this season.

Cristo Rey Jesuit pushed their record up to 9-8 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.2 runs over those games. As for Phillips, with the defeat, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 14-6.

Cristo Rey Jesuit does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Phillips, they will challenge Hubbard at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
