Soccer Recap: Burbank Comes Up Short

Burbank lost to Lanier back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Voks by a score of 2-1. Burbank have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Burbank's loss dropped their record down to 6-13-2. As for Lanier, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-4-3.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Burbank is set to challenge their familiar foe Jefferson at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Lanier will face off against rival Brackenridge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
