North Mecklenburg put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They breezed past South Iredell to the tune of 71-22. With North Mecklenburg ahead 45-12 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

North Mecklenburg's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for South Iredell, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Mecklenburg and Hough will face off at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest, having both just played. The Vikings will need to watch out since the Huskies have now posted at least 55 points in their last three games. As for South Iredell, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Bandys at 6:15 p.m.
