Basketball Recap: Shenandoah Valley HomeSchool Comes Up Short

Shenandoah Valley HomeSchool was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 57-47 to the Surry HomeSchool Runnin' Patriots. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Runnin' Patriots this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 58-57 last Tuesday.

Dylan Butcher continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Surry HomeSchool, putting up 24 points. That's the most points Butcher has posted since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Logan Weddle, who scored 13 points.

Shenandoah Valley HomeSchool's defeat dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Surry HomeSchool, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-27 record this season.

As of now, neither Shenandoah Valley HomeSchool nor Surry HomeSchool have any future games scheduled.
