Soccer Recap: Eagle Ridge Academy's Luck Changes for the Better on Monday

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Prospect Ridge Academy, Eagle Ridge Academy was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the DSST: Montview Knights. The win was a breath of fresh air for Eagle Ridge Academy as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Eagle Ridge Academy's victory bumped their record up to 5-6. As for DSST: Montview, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-3-2.

Looking ahead, Eagle Ridge Academy will welcome Manitou Springs at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Manitou Springs will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Eagle Ridge Academy surely won't give up without a fight. As for DSST: Montview, they are taking a road trip to take on DSST: Conservatory Green at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
