Baseball Recap: Perth Amboy Triumphs

Perth Amboy lost to Spotswood back in April of 2025, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Panthers sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Chargers.

Perth Amboy got a great performance from Khristian Gonzalez as he pitched 4.1 innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits.

On the hitting side, Jariel Dominguez was excellent, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, one run, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Gary Rojas, who went 3-for-4 with one double and one RBI.

Perth Amboy was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .387. The last time their batting average was this high was was before the start of last season.
