While Lowell put up plenty of points on Saturday, the same can't be said for New Bedford. The Red Raiders breezed past the Whalers to the tune of 48-0. Winning may never get old, but the Red Raiders sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row dating back to last season.

Lowell's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for New Bedford, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lowell will challenge Tewksbury Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Red Raiders' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for New Bedford, they will head out on the road to face off against Weymouth at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
