Basketball Recap: Woodland Takes a Loss

Woodland was the 60-53 winner over Shead when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Woodland Dragons fell to the Shead Tigers 57-51. The Dragons just can't catch a break and have now endured six losses in a row.

Woodland's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Shead, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Woodland will welcome Penobscot Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Shead, they will be playing at home against Searsport at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
