South Hills's tournament run continued when they took on Mineral Wells on Thursday. The Scorpions fell 2-0 to the Rams. The Scorpions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-16.

South Hills' defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Mineral Wells, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

South Hills didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Lake Worth on the 21st. As for Mineral Wells, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 1-1 draw against Tioga on the 21st.
