Kaden Varnadoe turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than two earned runs surrendered on Thursday. He pitched 1.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has become a key player for Riverdale: the team is undefeated when he allows at most one hit, but 1-2 otherwise.
