Volleyball Game Preview: Locust Fork Hornets vs. Southeastern Mustangs

Locust Fork is 0-10 against Southeastern since August of 2019 but things could change on Friday. The Hornets will face off against the Mustangs at 5:15 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, Locust Fork turned things around against Cleveland on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Panthers. The match marked the Hornets' most dominant victory of the season.

Hayden typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday Southeastern proved too difficult a challenge. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Wildcats.

The victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 3-16. As for Southeastern, their win bumped their record up to 11-8.

Locust Fork came up short against Southeastern in their previous matchup back in September, falling 2-0. Can the Hornets avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
