Basketball Recap: DSST: College View Comes Up Short

DSST: College View lost against Rocky Mountain Prep SMART back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The DSST: College View Wolves took a 50-37 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rocky Mountain Prep SMART Ocelotls. The Wolves just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

When it comes to explaining why DSST: College View lost, don't look at Da'Niyah Hickey. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double on 21 points and 16 rebounds. That was a full 56.8% of DSST: College View's points, marking the 13th time in a row she's posted more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Norma Dominguez, who earned eight points along with six boards and three steals.
