Softball Recap: Switzerland County Takes a Loss

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Switzerland County's offense. They came up short against the Milan Indians on Wednesday, falling 15-0. The Pacers have struggled against the Indians recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Switzerland County saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bri Stow, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two doubles and one stolen base.

Switzerland County's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Milan, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-5.

Coming up, Switzerland County will head out to challenge Trinity Lutheran at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Pacers are facing the Cougars at the right time seeing as the Cougars are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Milan, they will host Rising Sun at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
