Soccer Recap: Washington Comes Up Short in High-Profile Contest with Roosevelt

Washington faced Roosevelt in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Warriors fell just short of the Rough Riders by a score of 4-3. Washington were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Roosevelt apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Washington's loss dropped their record down to 4-4-2. As for Roosevelt, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-1-2.
