Recap: Star Valley Braves vs. Kelly Walsh Trojans        
        
		
            
 The Star Valley Braves pushed their score all the way to 60 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell to Kelly Walsh  65-60. It was the first time  this season that Star Valley let down their fans at home.
 Star Valley's  loss shouldn't obscure the performances of  Emily Dana, who  scored 13 points along with three  steals, and  Sheridan Coles who  scored six points along with five  rebounds and four  steals. Dana hasn't dropped below two  steals for seven straight games.
 Leading Kelly Walsh to victory were  Lillian Hudson and  Peyton Hill.  Hudson  dropped  a double-double on 18 points and ten  rebounds, while  Hill  scored 21 points along with six  steals and five  rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points  Hill has scored all season. Another player making a difference was  Sydney Van Houten, who  scored nine points along with four  steals.
 Star Valley's defeat  ended  a  four-game streak of wins at home  dating back to last season and  dropped them to 8-9. As for Kelly Walsh, the  victory was  the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-10.
 Star Valley won't have much time to rest: their next  match is against Rock Springs at 12:30  p.m.  on February 10th. Rock Springs is coming into the  matchup with four straight  wins on the road,  so Star Valley is out to stop a  squad with plenty of momentum. As for Kelly Walsh, they won't have much time to rest: their next  contest is against Jackson Hole at 11:30  a.m.  on February 10th. Jackson Hole comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 22 points in their last 11 games, a trend the  squad is of course eager to reverse.
