Soccer Recap: Columbia Takes a Loss

Columbia and Niskayuna squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Columbia had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Silver Warriors by a score of 2-1. Having soared to a lofty five goals in the game before, Columbia couldn't push the score so high this time.

Columbia's defeat dropped their record down to 11-5-2. As for Niskayuna, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Columbia nor Niskayuna have any future games scheduled.
