            Poly dropped their record down to 18-7 on Monday, which also ended the team's nine-game streak of wins on the road. They fell just short of the Verdugo Hills Dons by a score of  3-2. The Parrots were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Dons earlier this season, when they won  10-0.
