Recap: Maplesville Red Devils vs. Loachapoka Indians        
        
		
            
 After flying high against the Verbena Red Devils  last Monday, the Maplesville Red Devils came back down to earth. Maplesville fell  55-47 to Loachapoka on Tuesday. Maplesville was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Loachapoka apparently hadn't forgotten their  defeat the last time these teams played  back in December of 2023.
 Maplesville's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Nehemiah McCary, who  scored 17 points along with seven  rebounds. Another player making a difference was  Jonathan Wilson, who  scored 12 points along with five  rebounds and two  steals.
 Maplesville's defeat dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Loachapoka, the  victory was  the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-10.
 Coincidentally,  the pair will both be playing Verbena the next time they take the court. Loachapoka will  host Verbena at 6:30  p.m.  on Thursday, while Maplesville will head out to face them  at 6:30  p.m.  on Friday.
