Football Recap: Weaver Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Weaver lost against Ohatchee back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bearcats took a 21-13 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Indians.

Weaver dropped their record down to 1-3 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Ohatchee, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Coming up, Weaver will head out on the road to challenge Winterboro at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bulldogs' defense has only allowed 13.2 points per game this season, so the Bearcats' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Ohatchee, they will host Donoho at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Indians will be up against the Falcons' rather soft defense (which has allowed 34.2 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
