Soccer Recap: Herbert Hoover Takes a Loss

Herbert Hoover lost against Point Pleasant back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Huskies fell just short of the Big Blacks by a score of 2-1.

Herbert Hoover's loss dropped their record down to 2-7-2. As for Point Pleasant, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-6-1.

Herbert Hoover didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 7-1 defeat against Greenbrier East on the 27th. As for Point Pleasant, they will square off against Sissonville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
