Volleyball Recap: Montevallo's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Montevallo took a three-set loss the last time they faced off against Jemison, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Bulldogs narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Panthers 2-1. Winning may never get old, but the Bulldogs sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Montevallo's victory bumped their record up to 18-11. As for Jemison, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 24-1.

Montevallo will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Hillcrest at 3:55 p.m. As for Jemison, they will challenge Bibb County at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Panthers are facing the Choctaws at the right time seeing as the Choctaws are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
