Narbonne has gone 8-1-1 against Rancho Dominguez recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Narbonne Gauchos will take on the Rancho Dominguez Lobos at 6:30 p.m. Narbonne is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.2 goals per game this season.

Narbonne is headed into Friday's following a draw, the team's first since January 15. They and Banning finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw on Wednesday.

Bryan Maldonado was the only thing that stood between Narbonne and a shutout considering he scored both of Narbonne's goals, bringing his season total up to 31 goals.

Meanwhile, Rancho Dominguez was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat. They came up short against Carson, falling 7-0. While losing is never fun, the Lobos can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 1194th, while the Colts are ranked 319th).

Narbonne's draw gives them a new season record of 11-5-4. As for Rancho Dominguez, their loss dropped their record down to 0-15.

Narbonne took their victory against Rancho Dominguez when the teams last played two weeks ago by a conclusive 13-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Narbonne since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
