Basketball Recap: Bradford Prep's Luck Changes for the Better on Thursday

Bradford Prep won the last time they faced Corvian Community and things went their way on Thursday too. Everything went the Bradford Prep Bears' way against the Corvian Community Cardinals as the Bradford Prep Bears made off with a 42-19 victory. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Bears as it put an end to their six-game losing streak.

Bradford Prep's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Anani Delgado, who posted nine points and five steals. Those five steals gave Delgado a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Zoe Clark, who earned six points and three steals.

Bradford Prep's victory bumped their record up to 4-10. As for Corvian Community, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-7 record this season.

Bradford Prep wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 61-48 win against Langtree Charter Academy on the 24th. As for Corvian Community, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 60-21 loss against Lincoln Charter on the 24th.
