Baseball Recap: Springer Takes a Loss

Springer was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 28th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 13-0 to the Turner Falcons. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, with their most recent defeat being a 12-0 loss last Tuesday.

Springer's defeat dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Turner, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season.

Coincidentally, Springer and Turner will both be playing Thackerville the next time they take the field. The Falcons will host the Wildcats on Tuesday, while the Cardinals will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
