Paramount and Gahr are an even 3-3 against one another since April of 2021, but not for long. The Paramount Pirates will take on the Gahr Gladiators at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

Paramount lost 3-0 to Warren on Thursday. The loss continues a trend for the Pirates in their meetings with the Bears: they've now lost eight in a row.

Paramount took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-17, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Gahr was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to Downey.

Gahr now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Paramount, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7.

Paramount skirted past Gahr 3-2 in their previous matchup back in April of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Paramount since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
