Football Game Preview: Lumberton Raiders vs. Pine Tree Pirates + How To Watch

The Lumberton Raiders will take on the Pine Tree Pirates at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Lumberton is coming into the game hot, having won their last six games.

On Friday, Lumberton didn't have too much trouble with Little Cypress-Mauriceville as they won 49-30. The Raiders pushed the score to 42-16 by the end of the third, a deficit the Bears cut but never quite recovered from.

Lumberton didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Madden Dean and Mason Cline.

Meanwhile, after only ten points in their last matchup, Pine Tree made sure to put some points up on the board against Palestine on Friday. The Pirates were the clear victors by a 43-21 margin over the Wildcats. The Pirates might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by 22 points or more this season.

Lumberton's record now sits at 7-3. As for Pine Tree, their record is now 6-4.
