Football Game Preview: Roosevelt vs. Pearl City

On Saturday Pearl City will take on Roosevelt at 5:30 PM. Pearl City have seen their point totals decreasing over the past four games, a vulnerability Roosevelt are surely hoping to exploit.

Last Saturday, Pearl City came up short against Kaimuki, falling 3-12. This makes it the second loss in a row for Pearl City.

Meanwhile, after a dominant victory in their match two weeks ago, Roosevelt were humbled. They were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap, as they fell 14-20 to St. Francis. Roosevelt's defeat signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Pearl City took a serious blow against Roosevelt, falling 14-49. Can Pearl City avenge their defeat, or is history doomed to repeat itself ? We'll soon find out.
