Basketball Recap: Loveland Takes Loss Despite Strong Performances from Ryann Unruh and Aunna Dancy

Loveland lost against Walnut Hills back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Loveland Tigers lost 56-32 to the Walnut Hills Eagles. The matchup marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Aunna Dancy and Ryann Unruh certainly did their best on Thursday to avoid the loss. Dancy posted 11 points and eight rebounds, while Unruh had nine points. The dominant performance gave Dancy a new career-high in rebounds.

Loveland's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Walnut Hills, their victory bumped their record up to 5-2.

Loveland is taking a road trip to square off against Milford at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Milford will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Loveland surely won't give up without a fight. As for Walnut Hills, they will host Turpin at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
