Volleyball Recap: East Dayton Christian Takes a Loss

East Dayton Christian lost against Hillsboro Christian Academy two weeks ago, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. East Dayton Christian came up short against Hillsboro Christian Academy, falling 3-0. East Dayton Christian has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

East Dayton Christian was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. The match finished with set scores of 28-26, 25-14, 25-11.

East Dayton Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Hillsboro Christian Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-4 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. East Dayton Christian will head out to square off against Spring Valley Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hillsboro Christian Academy, they will venture away from home to face off against CHESS Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Royals will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Crusaders surely won't give up without a fight.
