Volleyball Recap: Pocono Mountain West Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Pocono Mountain West waltzed into their matchup on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the East Stroudsburg South Cavaliers with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in August.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-10, 25-18.

Madison Clark paced Pocono Mountain West's offense, picking up seven kills. Clark got some help from Mya Olizarowicz and her 22 assists. Jaylyn Rowe controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Pocono Mountain West's victory bumped their record up to 11-7. As for East Stroudsburg South, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-9.

Coming up, Pocono Mountain West will host North Pocono at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for East Stroudsburg South, they will venture away from home to face off against Stroudsburg at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
