Dixie is 8-2 against Cedar since March of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. Dixie will be playing in front of their home fans against Cedar at 7:00 p.m. Cedar took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Dixie, who comes in off a win.

Dixie proved they can win big last Tuesday (they won by four) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Desert Hills, sneaking past 3-2. Dixie wouldn't have won without Alex Sarabia, who scored the game-winner.

Meanwhile, Cedar managed to keep up with Crimson Cliffs until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Cedar lost 3-0 to Crimson Cliffs. The defeat continues a trend for Cedar in their meetings with Crimson Cliffs: they've now lost three in a row.

Dixie now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Cedar, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

Dixie came out on top in a nail-biter against Cedar when the teams last played back in April of 2024, sneaking past 2-1. Will Dixie repeat their success, or does Cedar has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
