Volleyball Recap: St. Pius X Takes a Loss

St. Pius X's tournament run continued when they took on Nixa on Saturday. St. Pius X took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Nixa. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Among those leading the charge was Vlad Syrnikov, who had seven digs and five aces. Those five aces gave him a new career-high.

St. Pius X's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Nixa, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

St. Pius X has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Belton on the 29th. Nixa has also already played their next game (against Park Hill), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
