Ezekiel Academy is 4-0 against Southern Christian since February of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that success  on Friday. The Ezekiel Academy Knights just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the Southern Christian Patriots  at 6:00  p.m. Ezekiel Academy will be looking to extend their current 11-game winning streak.
On Thursday, Ezekiel Academy got the win against Victory Christian Academy  by a conclusive  81-59. The Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven  contests by 22  points or more this season.

  Kelson Free was  his usual excellent self,  going 13 of 21  on his way to 33  points along with five  boards and three  steals. That's the most points  he has posted since back in January of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of  Elijah Taylor, who  posted 14  points.
Meanwhile, Southern Christian came into Tuesday's   match having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They snuck past First Assembly Christian with  a  50-45 victory on Tuesday. The  squad ran away with 36  points in the first half and mostly just sat on those to pick up the  win.
Ezekiel Academy better focus on containing  Cole Johnson and  Jedd Scott as the pair were huge in Southern Christian's win. Johnson  dropped  a double-double on 22 points and 11  rebounds, while  Scott  went 5 of 10  on his way to 15 points in addition to six  rebounds and three  steals. Scott has been hot recently, having  posted two or more  steals the last four times he's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Gabriel Decker, who  had eight points.
 Southern Christian  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 14  offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  pulled down at least eight  offensive rebounds in six consecutive  games.
 Ezekiel Academy's victory was  their eighth straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 19-3. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 70.1 points per game. As for Southern Christian, their win bumped their record up to 3-4.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest:  Ezekiel Academy has been smashing the glass this season,  having  averaged 32.8  boards per game. However, it's not like Southern Christian struggles in that department as   they've been averaging 34.1  rebounds. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
 Ezekiel Academy strolled past Southern Christian in their previous meeting  on Monday by a score of  65-50. Will Ezekiel Academy repeat their success,  or does  Southern Christian have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
