Baseball Recap: Little Chute Triumphs

Little Chute came out on top against Reedsville on Friday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run third inning. The Mustangs walked away with an 8-5 win over the Panthers. That's more bragging rights for the Mustangs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Little Chute's record is now 10-3. As for Reedsville, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 10-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Little Chute will take on New London at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Mustangs are facing the Bulldogs at the right time seeing as the Bulldogs are stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Reedsville, they will challenge Mishicot at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
