Baseball Recap: Dayton Christian WARRIORS vs. Franklin Wildcats
Dayton Christian had lost three straight on the road, but on Thursday they dropped their record down to 8-4 to make it four. They fell 10-7 to the Franklin Wildcats. The WARRIORS were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wildcats apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.
As for Franklin, the win got them back to even at 10-10. With that victory, they brought their scoring average up to 6.2 runs per game.
For Franklin's part, Talon Conrad looked comfortable as he tossed 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. The Wildcats are 4-2 when Conrad allows one or fewer earned runs, but 6-8 otherwise.
