Volleyball Recap: New London-Spicer Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when New London-Spicer challenged Glencoe-Silver Lake on Thursday. The Wildcats took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers. The Wildcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Panthers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

New London-Spicer's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Glencoe-Silver Lake, they pushed their record up to 4-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, New London-Spicer will host Rockford at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Glencoe-Silver Lake, they will head out to face off against Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday.
