Soccer Recap: Berkeley Starts Season with Victory Against James Logan

Berkeley had to kick off their season on the road on Monday, but they showed no ill effects. They beat the James Logan Colts by a goal, winning 2-1. The Yellowjackets have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Colts, too.

Pablo Sweet Fuentes and Oliver Adams scored both of Berkeley's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

James Logan's defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-3.

Berkeley didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-1 draw against Davis Sr. on the 6th. As for James Logan, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against California on the 4th.
