Basketball Recap: Hidden Valley Comes Up Short

On Saturday, the Hidden Valley Mustangs came up short against the Crook County Cowboys and fell 52-40. While losing is never fun, the Mustangs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oregon basketball rankings (they are ranked 88th, while the Cowboys are ranked 32nd).

Hidden Valley's loss dropped their record down to 16-10. As for Crook County, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Hidden Valley nor Crook County have any future games scheduled.
