Big Horn had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Alliance Bulldogs. The win was familiar territory for the Rams, who have now won 15 games in a row dating back to last season.

Their offense was headlined by Leah Phillips and Hannah Clark, who picked up seven kills apiece. They got some help from Teeka Baker and her 13 assists. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Alliance's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Big Horn didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Wheatland on the 29th. As for Alliance, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Buffalo on the 29th.
