Baseball Game Preview: Crete-Monee Warriors vs. Tinley Park Titans

The Crete-Monee Warriors are taking a road trip to take on the Tinley Park Titans at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Crete-Monee saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bren Milburn, who went 2-for-4 with three stolen bases and one run. Milburn is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last 12 games he's played.

Friday's game might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Crete-Monee has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .461. However, it's not like Tinley Park struggles in that department as they've averaged .471. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
