Volleyball Recap: Eureka Comes Up Short

Eureka lost against Pierce back in August of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Loggers fell 2-0 to the Bears.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Pierce to victory, but perhaps none more so than Rylie Delepierre, who had nine kills. Delepierre is on a roll when it comes to kills, as she's now had five or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Eureka's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Pierce, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.

Eureka wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against University Prep on the 23rd. As for Pierce, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Orland on the 23rd.
