Linsly waltzed into their matchup on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victor by a 60-37 margin over the East Liverpool Potters. Given the Cadets' advantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 23rd in West Virginia, while the Potters are ranked 418th in Ohio), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Linsly's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-6. As for East Liverpool, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-11.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Linsly will host Wheeling Central Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. East Liverpool has already played their next game (against Oak Glen), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
