Basketball Recap: King's Academy Comes Up Short

King's Academy played against Athens Christian Preparatory Academy and lost via forfeit.

King's Academy's loss was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Athens Christian Preparatory Academy, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

King's Academy will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Christian Home Educators at 7:00 p.m. on January 17th. As for Athens Christian Preparatory Academy, they will head out on the road to challenge Trinity School of Texas at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Athens Christian Preparatory Academy's defense has only allowed 28.8 points per game this season, so Trinity School of Texas' offense will have their work cut out for them.
