Stafford is 7-1 against Sealy since January of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Stafford Spartans will welcome the Sealy Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Stafford comes in on 22 and Sealy on three.

Stafford's tournament run continued when they took on Elgin on Saturday. Stafford put the hurt on Elgin with a sharp 69-43 win. The Spartans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 20 games by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Sealy beat Bellville 65-53 on Monday.

Stafford better keep an eye on Noah Washington. He was instrumental in Sealy's win, putting up 32 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Washington has scored at least a third of Sealy's points. Another player making a difference was Hale Demaree, who posted 18 points.

Stafford's victory bumped their record up to 22-0. As for Sealy, their win bumped their record up to 10-3.

Everything came up roses for Stafford against Sealy when the teams last played back in February of 2020, as the squad secured an 86-41 victory. Will Stafford repeat their success, or does Sealy have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
