Soccer Recap: Windsor Takes a Loss

Windsor was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the East Hartford Hornets. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against East Hartford this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-0 back in September.

Windsor's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7-1. As for East Hartford, with the victory, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 5-7-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Windsor is set to face off against their familiar foe RHAM at 3:45 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, East Hartford will square off against rival Tolland at 3:45 p.m. on Friday.
