Fredericktown benefitted from Rine in 11-1 victory
Winning always takes teamwork, but on Monday Riley Rine stepped things up a notch to give Fredericktown the 'W'. Rine turned in nothing short of a gem: she pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (she also only allowed one walk).
Rine's strong effort led Fredericktown over Mt. Gilead and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Fredericktown is 10-0 against Mt. Gilead going back to April of 2016, a lead they'll look to extend.
