Volleyball Game Preview: Indiana Christian Academy Whirlwinds vs. Suburban Christian Crusaders

Indiana Christian Academy is 1-9 against Suburban Christian since September of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Whirlwinds will face off against the Crusaders at 5:45 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Indiana Christian Academy lost 3-0 to Heartland Christian on Tuesday.

Indiana Christian Academy took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-13, 25-15.

Meanwhile, Suburban Christian came up short against Mooresville Christian on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

While Suburban Christian was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 27-25, 25-18.

Suburban Christian's loss dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Indiana Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-15.

Indiana Christian Academy couldn't quite get it done against Suburban Christian when the teams last played back in August as they fell 3-1. Can the Whirlwinds avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
