Roosevelt fell to Ferris 33-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Wilmer-Hutchins made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 7,447 from 7,593.
The Yellowjackets' offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Javaughn Thurmon threw for 109 yards and Niko Garza had 64 yards receiving. On the ground Jay Foster contributed 170 yards. Raul Mendez helped Ferris' passing attack out by catching 1 ball for 10 yards.
Foster was a passing and rushing force as Ferris topped the Mustangs. Foster's favorite target this week was Garza, who caught 5 passes for 64 yards.
Garza was the best receiver in 3A Region II District 11 this week as Aaron Emeyabbi's team bested Roosevelt. Mendez helped Ferris' passing attack out by catching 1 ball for 10 yards.
Ferris' offense has been unstoppable this season and the Yellowjackets feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Thurmon has thrown for 952 yards and 6 touchdowns this season, while Darius Rouwtt has 29 catches for 408 yards.
The Eagles are currently in second, while Madison is in third.
The Yellowjackets led the league in scoring this week after putting up 33 points on Tommy Bonds' team. Foster ran for 170 yards in the win.
