Softball Game Preview: Wyoming Area Warriors vs. Berwick Bulldogs

The Wyoming Area Warriors will face off against the Berwick Bulldogs at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Neither Wyoming Area nor Berwick posted many runs in their last games, so it might be the pitching crews that decide this one.

Lake-Lehman hit Wyoming Area with a four-run third inning on Wednesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Warriors came up short against the Knights, falling 9-1. The loss continues a trend for the Warriors in their meetings with the Knights: they've now lost eight in a row.

Meanwhile, Berwick didn't have quite enough to beat Lake-Lehman on Thursday and fell 3-2.

Berwick now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Wyoming Area, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-7.
